JPay Mobile App

1. Click on the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner to open Settings.
2. Click on Payment Methods.
3. To edit payment:
      Android - click on the card you want to edit.
      iOS - click on Edit at the top of the screen.
   
4. Update the information and click on OK.
5. To add a new card, click on the plus icon at the bottom of the screen.
6. Add all the information for the new card.
7. Android - Click on OK.
   iOS - click on Save.

All of the information must be entered correctly in order for the card to be added to your account and used for payment or money transfers.

1. Click on VideoGram tile from the home screen.
2. Choose the contact you’d like to send a VideoGram.
3. Click on Record Now.
4. Click on the red circle to start recording, you will have 30 seconds to record.
5. Click on the red circle to stop recording.
6. Click on Send to send the VideoGram.
7. Choose if you want to add a pre-paid reply for your contact.
8. You will see a confirmation, choose OK and your VideoGram will be sent.

1. Click on the Email icon from the home screen.
2. Choose Compose.
3. Choose the contact you would like to send an email to.
4. Compose the email you would like to send.
5. Click on:
      a. Android - the paperclip icon at the top of the screen
      b. iOS - the plus sign next to the Attachments option
6. You will see the option to take a new picture, add an eCard or choose from photos on your phone.
7. To add a new picture, click on the Camera icon. Take a picture. Choose OK. Choose Attach. You will see on the Compose screen that the photo has been attached.
8. To add a new eCard, click on the eCards icon. Choose the category you would like. Choose the card you would like. Choose Attach. You will see on the Compose screen that the eCard has been attached.
9. To add a photo from your phone, click on the Documents (Android) or on Add Photos (iOS). Choose the photo you would like to add. Click on Done. You will see on the Compose screen that the photo has been attached.

1. Click on the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner to open Settings.
2. Click on Contacts.
3. Click on the plus icon at the bottom of the screen.
4. Enter state and Inmate ID number.
5. Confirm your new contact.
6. Hit Save.

Anytime you are on the camera, you will see an icon that will allow you to switch between front and back facing. Below is how the icons would look in your device:

1. Click on the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner to open Settings.
2. Click on Contacts.
3. Click on:
      a. Android: Click on the contact you want to delete. Click on trash can icon at the bottom of the screen. Click Ok on the confirmation screen to delete.
      b. iOS: Click on Edit. Click on the red icon next to the contact you want to delete. Click on delete. Confirm by pressing Delete on the confirmation screen.

1. Click on the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner to open Settings.
2. Click on Notification Settings.
3. Click on the News & Promotion to enable or disable this option.
4. Note: App Updates & Features and Products & Services cannot be turned off if you have notifications enabled.

1. Click on the Email icon from the home screen.
2. Choose Compose.
3. Choose the contact you would like to send to.
4. Compose the email you would like to send.
5. If navigating away from the email instead of sending, you will receive a message asking if you want to save the draft.
6. Choose yes.
